1. Planning: We meet with our clients to develop a thorough understanding of your organization’s structure, culture, goals, and the specific needs of the position.
  2. Research: With the position clearly in mind we search the market place to identify potential candidates with the view to contact them on a confidential basis.
  3. Search: Our client’s opportunity is then presented to potential candidates. Only aspiring candidates who fit the role as well as the ethos and culture of our client’s organization are profiled for consideration. At this point we also assess the interest level of the candidate for the opportunity.
  4. Candidate presentation: Working closely with our client we shortlist candidates for interviews with the hiring manager.
  5. Candidate Preparation and Debrief: This step ensures that the candidate is fully briefed on the background of the company and key responsibilities and accountability for the role.
  6. Client Preparation and Debrief: We will assist the interview by providing you with the relevant ‘hot buttons’ and motivational aspirations of the candidate. We also ensure that all concerns of the candidate are appropriately addressed during the interview.
  7. Offer Negotiations: At this crucial stage we act as the mediator in your offer to the candidate. We then facilitate the acceptance and establishment of a start date.
  8. Transition Assistance: We counsel the selected candidate on proper resignation and the management of a possible counter offer. If relocation is required, we work with you and the candidate on a suitable program to aid transition.
  9. Ongoing Relationship: To be sure you and the candidate are completely satisfied with the engagement we maintain ongoing contact subsequent to the start date of the candidate to ensure a smooth transition.
